RobinCode won the Science and Technology Award.

The “Girls Code” project was deemed worthy of an award in the Science and Technology category at the Annual Civil Society Awareness Awards.

At the Annual Civil Society Awareness Awards, awards were given in 10 main categories, including human rights, culture and arts, education, women, social responsibility, aid and humanitarian assistance, animal rights, environment, science and technology, and youth and sports.

RobinCode.org's “Girls Code” project, developed as part of early childhood computer science education, won an award in the field of Science and Technology. The award won by RobinCode.org was presented by the then-Prime Minister Binali Yıldırım.

The award-winning project was carried out on June 28, 2016, to accelerate digital transformation in our country and contribute to the training of future female engineers.

In the program held at the GE Turkey Innovation Center, a total of 100 girls aged 9–11, both advantaged and disadvantaged, met with computer science education.

Award-winning social impact project 100 girls came together with technology and computer sciences.
